You have an exciting opportunity to join the distribution team at Ballance Agri-Nutrients. As a Plant Operator at our Service Centre located in Whangarei, your role will be diverse and utilise your proven abilities in multi-tasking.

Primarily based in Despatch, you will also have the opportunity to progressively learn aspects of other plant operations. Your energy and enthusiasm will help you succeed in this physically demanding job and add to the positive team culture.

The ability to work overtime or work shift work and adapt to seasonal demands and early starting hours is essential. Full on-site training and work-related protective equipment will be provided.

You will be responsible for:
* Completing customer orders in a timely manner
* Operation of bagging plant and truck load out systems
* Providing an outstanding level of customer service
* Operating a loader or forklift

You will ideally have:
* Appropriate experience and/or licences for forklift and front end loader operations (F & W endorsements)
* A proactive attitude to environment, health and safety
* A reasonable level of literacy and numeric skills
